I gained 1/5th of a pound, which I'm not too upset about. Consistency is key, and weight loss isn't magic, so I know my weight will keep coming down if I don't give up.
I bought some new exercise clothes (VS sports bra, capris with neon stripes, neon tank top). I find that exercise clothes are great motivation, even if you just wear them while doing home workouts.
I'm trying to pick a gym to join, since my university's gym is under construction. I'm deciding between Anytime Fitness and LA Fitness. Anytime Fitness is cheaper, slightly closer, has better reviews, and is open 24 hrs. However, it requires you to come in and take a tour (you can't just purchase a membership online).
Now at over 2,500 squats, even though I accidentally stepped on a nail and destroyed my left foot.
