6/21 Journal Entry:
I am more motivated than ever. I weighed myself this morning (multiple times to confirm the reality), and found that I lost a pound! A whole pound! I went out with my friends and bought a $15 Victoria's Secret sports bra, thanks to the semi-annual sale.
Today is the fourteenth day of my squat challenge. I have completed over 1,600 squats since the start of the challenge (on two days, including this one, I did 200, and on some other days I did additional squats). I am planning to continue for 100 days, or until I move into my apartment and my roommates deem it weird.
How I seized the day:
- 100 squat challenge (x2) - 10 reps with 10 pound weight
