So it looks like I gained weight, or I measured incorrectly yesterday, or whatever. I've been eating considerably less and avoiding snacking, so I should see that number drop soon.

How I seized the day: 


11:00 PM: 100 rep squat challenge (completed this time)

New goals:


  • Thigh gap
  • Flat stomach
  • Belly button piercing
