6/19 Journal Entry:
I had a really long day at work, and my legs really hurt by the end of it, but I still made time to exercise. I'm super excited to have lost 1/2 of a pound.
How I seized the day:
- 100 rep squat challenge - 30 reps with 10 pound weight
