You know what's hard? Losing weight when you're constantly busting your ass at work and just want a single piece of chocolate during your break.
How I seized the day:
- 100 rep squat challenge - 30 reps with 10 pound weight
- 10 more squats to reach 700 total (10,000 final goal) - 100 days of 100 squats each day
- 10 more squats
