Weight gain didn't just impact my physical appearance. It also led to the depression I'm currently suffering from. I have horrible cramps and I loathe the way I look. Every day, I make excuses for my weight, but it's time to take some responsibility.

Some sad moments that led to the creation of this blog and this post: looking fat in jeans, looking fat in crop tops, looking fat in relation to everyone else (being the fattest girl in the room), not being able to wear half my dresses, developing depression, sucking in my stomach, reaching 160 pounds, getting called out by my doctor

How I seized the day:


5:46 PM: 20 curl-ups
7:28 PM: 20 more curl-ups
7:34 PM: 100 rep squat challenge - stopped at sumo kicks
7:50 PM: 20 more curl-ups 
7:57 PM: Beginning of XHIT Daily thigh exercise video
8:13 PM: 12 minutes of dancing to this thinspo video
