6/23 Journal Entry:
Measured myself this morning, and found that I lost even more weight! Now at over 2,300 squats since June 8th.
How I seized the day:
- 100 squat challenge (x2)
- Vicky Justiz 100 squat challenge (x2)
- Some of the XHIT Daily flat stomach workout
- 200 russian twists
