6/12 Journal Entry:
It's honestly frustrating to see the number on the scale not moving. I made three food mistakes today: eating three milano cookies, eating a large portion of spaghetti, and eating too many chips. For some reason I lack motivation today and my depression is at the forefront of my mind.
How I seized the day:
8:00 PM: 100 rep squat challenge - 30 reps with 10 pound weight
8:24 PM: 20 curl-ups
8:29 PM: 20 more curl-ups
8:37 PM: 20 more curl-ups
8:24 PM: 20 curl-ups
